At Molded to the T, all sales are final due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

  • An item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • You contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • You provide clear photos and your order number via email to molded2t@gmail.com.

If your claim meets these conditions, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit. We do not refund for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, spelling, or customization details provided by the buyer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow for production time, which varies by product type. Shipping timelines are in addition to production time.
